I worked in a shop where instead of Foremen, they had Line Leaders.
I found carrying this around helped immensely
Had a serviceman come to town and saw me with it and said “Man, when you hit something you must really want it to move”
“No, when I hit something I want him to know he was wrong and never going to do that again”
